Booking Conditions

The full value of your stay is required to be paid at the time of booking
by either Credit or Debit Card. (Please note there are charges to Credit or Business Cards but not on Personal Debit Cards)

Here at the Dewolf Guest House we have a pet dog, please advise at time of booking if you suffer from any condition or allergy which may affect your stay.

If you fail to take up the accommodation by 9pm (unless otherwise agreed at time of booking) then the booking will be cancelled and you will be liable for the full amount.

Rooms should be ready on date of arrival after 2.00pm
and the departure time is strictly 10am.

Parking is limited to one car per room (as available).

We reserve the right to ask for a security bond payable in cash on arrival,
fully refundable if no breach of the booking conditions occur.

We operate a strict non-smoking policy throughout the guest house and garden –
if it is found that anyone in your party has smoked on our premises, you will all be
asked to leave with no refund.

Surf / Body Boards and any other equipment can not be brought onto our premises
they can be left, at your own risk, in your vehicle.

Only food / drink purchased on our premises may be consumed here.

Dogs are not to be left unattended at anytime – and must be kept on a lead
in public areas. Please note that you are financially responsible for your dog.

Guests can not bring or invite anyone else back to our property that has not been registered and paid for. If we find that this has happened, you and any others in your party, will be asked to leave with no refund.

Please be sure to read the notices in your room, including Fire Regulations etc.

Cancellation
No refunds are payable should you wish to cancel your booking or cut short your stay with us, therefore we strongly urge you to take out holiday insurance.

Cancellations must be made in writing either email or by post.
